Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Data Input and filing
- Handle 'Daily Attendance Report'
- Prepare monthly payroll, reference letter, reference check, etc.
- Handle leave management, maintain HR database information
- Follow up final payment and salary discrepancies
- Provide clerical support to the Department
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management is an advantage
- Cheerful, meticulous, patience, independent with high initiatives and able to work under pressure
- 1-2 years experience in HR field
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance, Employees' Compensation Ordinance
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word processing
- Be a proactive and good team player and can work under fast pace environment
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as HR Assistant
