Our client, an organization promoting digital and information technology, would seek for Event & Marketing Executive to support their team.

Job Description

• Manage planning and implementation of programmes/events to achieve set targets within budget
• Prepare appealing and action-driven digital marketing material, i.e. content writing, eDM, and poster, for programme/event promotion
• Work with the provided online event and payment collection application for event registrant recruitment
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-team members on event logistics and promotion
• Assist with e-procurement to engage vendors ensuring compliance with the appropriated guidelines, policies and approved internal controls
• Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration, communications, event management or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years working experience in event management or marketing
• Experience in event logistics or marketing material design would be an advantage
• Good command in English business writing
• Immediate available
