Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to CEO including drafting documents, letters and reports where appropriate
- Manage travel itineraries and organize logistic arrangement for meetings and appointments
- Attend meetings, take minutes and ensure the provision of appropriate information
- Work closely with management teams across local and overseas operating entities
- Support ad-hoc projects when required
Requirements:
- Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline
- At least 5 years Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary / Executive Assistant experience to serve CEO / Top Management
- Excellent in interpersonal skill to communicate with different level of company and business partners
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Mature, self-motivation, strong sense of responsibilities and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Patient, excellent attention to details with strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Familiar with MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Immediate available is an advantage
