Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to District heads of Airfreight on daily secretarial tasks
• Provide administrative support to the department
• Support in maintaining and analyzing internal rate performance and carrier’s contracts management
• Carriers bank guarantees renewal
• Recording market information update from carriers
• AWB stock maintenance and allocation
• Master data input and monitoring in Airwarder, Sharepoint and K-web
• Internal rate and schedule update
• Internal RA in-charge
• Co-loading In/Out record control
• Record and monitor operations related KPIs

Job Requirements:

• Degree qualification with at least 3 years of relevant airfreight experience
• Good at MS Outlook and Excel
• Good understanding of IT systems, tools and programs
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Able to complete tasks with tight schedule
• Good command of English and Mandarin, oral and written
