Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist project manager in system implementation
Collect user requirements; prepare functional specification
Develop test plan and coordinate system testing with users
Monitor system performance and perform routine health-check
Liaise with IT Dept. and external vendor to work out technical solutions
Conduct user training and prepare training materials
Provide advice in streamlining line HR business process and procedures with contemporary technology

Requirements

University degree in Information System/ Technology or other related discipline
At least 3 years work experience in HR system implementation and development
Knowledge in Kronos / PeopleSoft is an advantage
Candidates from F&B/Retail Industry are highly desired
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
