Job Description
Our Client is a financial group with SFC license (asset management) and located at Sheungwan, we are looking for a HR and Admin Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform full spectrum of support for HR functions in the areas of support for recruitment, benefits management and establish related policy
- Handle all HR functions including payroll processing, compensation and benefit operation & tax reports
- Maintenance of staff attendance and staff leave record
- Implement general office administration and facilities maintenance;
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, IR56s, MPF submission and all related statutory requirement.
- Prepare and issue employment contract and other corporate notice to the staff.
- Administer & organize HR data and Personal files.
- Prepare periodical and ad hoc reports.
- Implement HR projects and ad hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma or above in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- 2+ years of HR & Admin experience, solid experience in payroll processing
- Familiar with HK labour law, IR56s and MPF ordinance. Knowledge in China labour law and IIT will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office e.g. MS Word, Excel and Outlook, etc..
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
