Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full cycle of recruitment services – Sources, recruits, screens, assessment, interviews and recommends external and / or internal candidates.
- You are to be in charge of both front-line retail staff and back-end office recruitment
- Manage the services of external employment agencies.
- Develop strong talent pipelines, build effective talent pool, perform market benchmarking and proactively drive talent acquisition activities to support business development
- Involve in employee relations activities
Requirements:
- Degree in relevant education
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience from retail industry is preferred
- Good command in written and spoken both languages
