Job Description
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Sales Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for :-
- Provide administrative support to daily sales activities;
- Prepare sales related documents and follow up the sales orders;
- Monitor delivery schedule and stock balance;
- Coordinate well with both internal and external parties;
- Maintain department database records & filing system.
Requirements:
- Tertiary or above;
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience;
- Responsible, cautious with good time management;
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
