The Job

• Manage and successfully resolve queries from all internal customer related to global accounts.
• Analyze queries to discuss and drive focus improvement project to minimize queries.
• Support the set-up and roll-out selected customer programs.
• Actively participate and lead relevant customer service function project to improve customer (internal/external) experience.

The Person

• Degree holder in any discipline
• At least 4 years’ in customer relationship management, project management or equivalent. Similar industry will definitely be an advantage.
• Customer focused with effective listening and communication skills.
• Good client conflict resolutions and problem solving skills, collaborative skills to work together.
• Strong sense of responsibility and work efficiency and responsiveness. Positive work attitude and a continuous improvement mind-set.
• Thorough understanding of product/services offered, process, system and able to answer queries, carry dialogue.
• Able to work well in a complex global network structure.
• Knowledge of quality tools & its application. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ability to learn variety of internet based platforms.
• Excellent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
