Responsibilities:

• Provide general office support;
• Undertake general clerical duties including updating & maintaining filling system of administrative record, photocopying, handling incoming telephone calls and any other routine office work is required;
• Maintain adequate office supplies;
• Perform adhoc duties as required; and
• Assist in documents delivery when necessary.

The Candidate should have the following :

• 1 year relevant working experience, fresh graduates will also be considered;
• Form 5 or above;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Chinese Word-processing;
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Able to handle administrative work timely and independently;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
