Job Description
The Job:
- Responsible for the customer service at the reception counter at the Head Office including attending to the telephone console.
- Assist in the day-to-day operation for office services, including car pool bookings, tea service, courier and dispatches and other logistics support services.
- Assist in the support services of the IP Telephony System.
- Carry out any ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned.
The Person:
- Diploma holder with minimum 4 years' experience in office administration in sizeable organization.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Windows application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
