Key Responsibilities:-

• Assist in implementation of HR policies and HR duties
• Calculate monthly payroll and MPF
• Prepare employer’s tax return
• Handle system operations
• Arrange recruitment of staff
• Support in corporate culture & HR activities
• Arrange employee survey
• Support HR ad hoc projects

Requirements:-

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• Good command in English and Cantonese;
• 5 years solid experience in related fields;
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislation in Hong Kong;
• Good communication skills, especially with staff with different cultural background;
• Independent, self-initiative, good interpersonal skill, able to work under pressure;
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Transportation to and from Cyberport office includes Cyberport shuttle bus, green minibus to Kennedy Town MTR, green minibus and buses to different locations.
