Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
- Assist in implementation of HR policies and HR duties
- Calculate monthly payroll and MPF
- Prepare employer’s tax return
- Handle system operations
- Arrange recruitment of staff
- Support in corporate culture & HR activities
- Arrange employee survey
- Support HR ad hoc projects
Requirements:-
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- Good command in English and Cantonese;
- 5 years solid experience in related fields;
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislation in Hong Kong;
- Good communication skills, especially with staff with different cultural background;
- Independent, self-initiative, good interpersonal skill, able to work under pressure;
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Transportation to and from Cyberport office includes Cyberport shuttle bus, green minibus to Kennedy Town MTR, green minibus and buses to different locations.
