Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Handle full set of I/E document, L/C opening and tradelink declarations;
-
Prepare reports & perform clerical duties support to the team;

Coordinate with warehouses, customers and concerned parties;

Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-
Diploma graduated or above with 2 years solid working experience in shipping and logistics is preferred;
-
Knowledge of PRC customs document is preferable;
-
Proficiency in using MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
-
Good command of spoken & written English, Putonghua and Cantonese;
-
Able to work independent and self-motivated;
-
Immediate availability is preferred

Fresh graduate will also be considered
