Job Description
Job Duties:
- Support HR Department administrative operation task
- maintain HR database in accurate manner (such as personal information, leave and attendance records), and filing etc
- Consolidate and update company policies, handbook and HR Intranet information.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management review.
- Handle ad-hoc HR related projects
Requirement :
- Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 1 year relevant HR experience in sizable company
- Strong PC skills and proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
- Good team player with enthusiastic and cheerful personality.
- Well-organized, self-initiated, willing to learn.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Immediate availability would be an advantage.
