WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Plan, implement and achievement of sales plan by door location in Hong Kong (and Macau). Monitor results and take remedial action on an immediate and ongoing basis.
• Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales
• Embed an excellent customer services attitude.
• Teach and train the team to consistently implement customer service standards across all touch points. 
• Provide assistance to ensure that all new store openings and relocation in HK (and Macau) are per timeline and standards.
• Supervise and monitor shop/counter in-charge in HK on day-to-day operation of their location.
• Be able to identify training and development needs through job analysis, performance appraisal and regular consultation with Retail & Education Manager and human resources department.
• Support Retail and Education Manager on Stylist training to achieve productivity targets for each door.
• In Hong Kong (and Macau), in conjunction with Area Manager, store/counter in charge, supervise each door to monitor stock levels (minimums and maximums) to ensure optimum coverage while minimizing excess.
• Work with marketing team to assist in the implementation of retail marketing events in Hong Kong within standards outlined by Global Marketing and Retail Events.
• Assist in recruitment of HK (and Macau) as required to meet Brand standards of positive attitude, creative ability, customer service excellence and business success.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback on a regular basis to stylist team and shop/counter in-charge on their job performance.

 YOU NEED TO BE…

• Over 5 years of solid retail sales managerial experience, preferably in beauty industry
• Tertiary educated
• Strong analytical, problem solving and excellent communication skills
• Well-organized, detailed-minded, self-motivated and good sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in English & Chinese (both written & spoken)
