Main Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Connecting project owners/department heads within the Supplier Content & Client Service network to track project status and provide regular progress update for senior management.

2. Assist in planning, organizing and implementing projects and initiatives.

3. Understand & gather business requirements to define work schedule, tasks and allocate resources for efficient delivery of the project

4. Prepare project documentation such as schedule, checklist, UAT document etc.

5. Assist in tracking project progress to ensure milestones and objectives are met

6. Co-ordinate with different party to ensure smooth and effective project implementation, prepare progress update reports

7. Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor.

    

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Project management or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years project management or relevant experience, preferably in customer service segment
• Resourceful and creative problem-solving abilities; highly self-motivated & well-organized.
• Able to work under pressure with good time management and attention to details.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, project management skill is a plus
• Occasionally travel to PRC is required
• Immediate available preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Executive
