Job Description
- Prestigious retail group
- One on One support to a Senior Executive
- Mixed of EA & business support
Job Duties:
- Calendar management
- Manage complex travel itineraries and meetings
- Prepare presentation materials / reports
- Support in organizing company activities
- Participate in ad- hoc projects as per requested
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Business or equivalent with at least 6 years of secretarial work experiences gained from sizable MNC company
- Organized, responsible and detail minded
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent proficiency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin (Knowledge in French would be an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
