Responsibilities:

• Keeping record and managing in and out mails / courier service;
• Answering incoming calls;
• Greeting guests in a professional manner;
• Coordinating with management office on office equipment maintenance;
• Communicating with Executive Secretary to smoothen daily office operation;
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, with 2 years relevant experience would be an advantage;
• Good command in spoken English and Cantonese;
• Good telephone manner;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
