Job Description: 

• Prepare routine documentation and reporting exercises
• Support customer relationship management, identify the needs and work with sales on price quote from vendors including hardware & software product lines
• Conduct regular product and inventory review to ensure customer's satisfaction on our product and services
• Liaise and work closely with various stakeholders (e.g. sales, presales & delivery, supply chain etc.) for product on-boarding and the growth of the business

Job Requirements: 

• Secondary Level or above in any disciplines 
• 1 - 2 years exp in clerical / CS fields is preferred
• Experience in IT industry will be an advantage
• Diligent, detail minded and well organized
• Good communication and customer relationship management skills
• Good in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
