Job Description

Our Client is a global brand in consulting who service the needs of international clients across the APAC region. Due to an increase in business the company need a new Human Resources and Admin Manager to facilitate the growth in senior consultants and to effectively bring in some senior HR professionals to establish People Development and growth strategies as well as Leadership programs.

The Role:

  • Support the successful implementation the development of leadership through Leadership Growth and development programs at a local level.
  • Responsible for the Consultancy’s local HR Legal Requests including the day-today execution and handling of documents such as contracts, amendments as well as other employee related documentation
  • Being responsible/‘super user’ in the Consultancy’s global HR system – being able to explain/demonstrate the system
  • Coordinating the Consultancy’s Mobility setup including the administration of relocation assistance, tax compliance, VISA applications, work permits etc.
  • Overall support and development of ongoing procedures within Employee Relations and HR Operations, e.g. the Personnel Handbook as well as relevant policies as well as locally support both employees and managers
  • Responsible for coordination of the social benefit scheme (along with Finance/payroll if appropriate)
  • Provide advice and support regarding employee enquiries
  • Coordinating and facilitating local recruitment processes.
  • Securing accurate onboarding/off-boarding in accordance with the Consultancy’s policies and procedures 

The Candidate:

  • At least 5 years in Human Resources with strong Leadership and people Development background
  • Proven Business acumen, financial industry preferred
  • Knowledge of local statutory requirements and labor laws, including regulatory labor compliance laws and policies
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels of the business, including senior leaders.
  • Collaboration across organizational boundaries to deliver the final result or product
  • Develop strategic talent acquisition plan and assess operational capabilities to ensure attainment of plan goals.
  • Reporting on relevant recruitment metrics to assess talent acquisition delivery capability and use information to identify trends and make ongoing process improvements aligned with business objectives
  • Bachelor’s degree (in HR management is preferred)
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
