Reporting to Operations Director,  you will be working with our internal teams including Training & Development team, Product Development team, Quality Assurance team and Marketing team to ensure Guest satisfaction through the training, management and development of the Kitchen Operations Team across PizzaExpress HK restaurants.   You will be required to equip the  Operations team with the knowledge, confidence and motivation to carry out both practical and theoretical skills.  

Responsibilities includes: -

• Maintain a speedy, efficient service of food and to ensure the high standards of food quality at all times;
• Lead and support Kitchen Operations team;
• Ensure Kitchen Team comply with company standards and procedures;
• ŸAnalyse and evaluate restaurant performance to provide recommendations to improve training efficiency and operational performance;
• Assist Operations Team when creating, designing implementing new standards, systems and processes;Ÿ
• Assist from an operational standpoint in Menu development to ensure efficient Menu launch and implementation;
• Train the Leaders of each Kitchen to effectively manage their Kitchen and develop family trees;
• Support Management Team to identify skill and knowledge gaps and develop team accordingly;
• Close working relationships across departments such as training, product development, quality assurance and marketing to Improve Kitchen operations and systems through on site and workshop based training and coaching;
• Assist in ad hoc projects when needed.

Requirements:

• At least 8-10 years’ solid experience, with 5+ years as a Senior / Supervisor role in catering and/or hospitality industries;
• ŸGood Leadership and Facilitation Skills;
• Passion to drive the business growth;
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to details;
• Able to achieve tight deadlines and work well under pressure;
• Strong in presentation, Good command in English and fluent in Chinese;
• With excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• A team player, work together as a team to achieve the goals set out by the your managers;
• Proficient in MS applications, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
