Job Description
OFFICE OF STUDENT AFFAIRS
Student Housing Section
The appointee is expected to perform duties such as providing counter service and logistics support to hall functions; assisting in check-in and check-out, room change and room inspection; operating smart and door card systems; taking inventory records; data entry; filing and carrying out any other duties as assigned.
The appointee will be required to work on shift duties:
Mondays to Fridays: 9 hoursper day (including 1-hour meal break) between 9 am to 11 pm
Saturdays: 5 hours per day between 9 am to 6 pm
(The above work pattern may vary depending on the operational need of the Section.)
Applicants should have completed secondary education, preferably with two years of work experience. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, good computer skills, including English and Chinese word-processing are required. Knowledge of Putonghua is necessary. They should be mature, self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
