Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist Legal Counsel in reviewing and drafting legal documents
- Assist in handling routine company secretarial matters
- Handle translation of legal documents as well as company correspondence
- Carry out legal research
- Ad hoc duties are required
Requirements:
- Degree in Law; Diploma or above in Legal Studies is also welcomed
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English; fluency in Putonghua is an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Strong sense of responsibility,self-motivated and excellent organizational skills
- Ethical and proper handling of confidential information is a must
- Relevant experience in law firm or in-house legal team is a plus
