Job Description
Job Duties:
- Act as a change ambassador to streamline organization back-office and customer-facing policies, procedures and practice to enhance the customer experience, improve employee job satisfaction, reduce expense and increase stakeholder value.
- Lead business process improvement and innovation projects an technology-based solution implementations for a customer-centric organization utilizing project management
- Participate and contribute to the management level project that aims functional enhancement of the division with management viewpoint
- Business trip may require
Requirement:
- Degree or above in Business Admins or other related discipline
- With 3 years working experience in Project Handling
- Japanese Speaking (N1)
- As a good team player, outing going and independent
- Well-versed of Companies Ordinance, Business Registration Ordinance and other relevant regulations
- Proficient computer skills, e.g. MS office, Chinese Word Processing
Benefits:
Salary: 26K - 35K (Depend on exp)
Working Hours: 5 days’ work 09:00 – 17:20
Annul Leave: 12 Days – 16 Days
With Double pay, Discretionary Bonus, MPF, Medicals, OT pay
