Job Description

Job Duties:

 

  • Act as a change ambassador to streamline organization back-office and customer-facing policies, procedures and practice to enhance the customer experience, improve employee job satisfaction, reduce expense and increase stakeholder value.
  • Lead business process improvement and innovation projects an technology-based solution implementations for a customer-centric organization utilizing project management
  • Participate and contribute to the management level project that aims functional enhancement of the division with management viewpoint
  • Business trip may require

 

Requirement:

 

  • Degree or above in Business Admins or other related discipline
  • With 3 years working experience in Project Handling
  • Japanese Speaking (N1)
  • As a good team player, outing going and independent
  • Well-versed of Companies Ordinance, Business Registration Ordinance and other relevant regulations
  • Proficient computer skills, e.g. MS office, Chinese Word Processing

 

Benefits: 

Salary: 26K - 35K (Depend on exp)

Working Hours: 5 days’ work 09:00 – 17:20

Annul Leave: 12 Days – 16 Days

With Double pay, Discretionary Bonus, MPF, Medicals, OT pay
