- Support to embed HKBN leadership competencies and core values in all our learning touchpoints
- Coordinate with business units to update talent needs and coordinate the learning journey end-to-end
- Assist to deliver impactful leadership development and competency on-demand programs
- Facilitate action learning (e.g. in OrienTalent) and production of digital learning platforms
- Collaborate with other TE teams to run company-wide Talent events and internal promotion
- Collaborate with GZ TOD to leverage resources in co-organizing learning initiatives
- Continuously improve quality of own deliverables and act on feedback for long term development

- Bachelor degree holder with 1 year of experience from preferably listed companies or MNCs
- Demonstrated service mindset in supporting to achieve team goals in past projects
- Track record of collaboration and coordination with people from all walks of life
- Excellent written and spoken communication in both English and Chinese
