GulfConnexions is an international recruitment company, based in Bahrain. We are now looking for a Recruitment Researcher / Associate to support our expanding business and daily operations. We provide extensive training to ensure your success in recruitment.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible to advertise job roles, screen profiles, identify suitable candidates, conduct interviews etc.

- Manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment life cycle

- Develop client and candidate relationship

- Handle other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

- Degree's holder in any discipline, fresh graduates are welcomed 

- Previous working experience in recruitment firm, or intern experience, will be an advantage

- Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and English

- Ambitious with a can-do attitude is highly preferred
