Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Business related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably in NGO or Institutional setting
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Independent, able to meet deadline and work under pressure
• Familiar with Microsoft Applications and Chinese word processing, especially Microsoft Access

Job responsibilities:

• To assist in administration of membership registration of HKIS and Surveyors Registration Board, handling of new and renewal applications, performing background and reference checking, data inputting and report generation
• To update and maintain membership records
• To arrange issuance of Membership Diplomas and Registration Certificates
• To assist in the process of application for inclusion and maintaining an updated record of surveying firm lists
• To assist in organizing members’ forum, diploma presentation, AGMs/ EGMs
• To handle membership and registration related enquiries
• To provide support in other institute events and activities as required
