Department of Social Work

The appointee is expected to carry out general administrative work in the office. Duties include drafting simple correspondence; answering internal and external calls; assisting in the coordination work of projects and events; providing logistics support to meetings; processing financial payments and purchase requisitions; maintaining database and filing system; liaison with internal departments and external organisations; maintaining website; and performing any other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have educational qualifications of at least a matriculation standard (Associate Degree or other relevant qualifications) with some office work experience, and relevant experience in website maintenance. Sound computer application including Excel, PowerPoint, English and Chinese Word-processing is required.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
