Accounts & Administrative Clerk

Responsibilities:

~Administration support, clerical works

~Follow up the vendor sourcing, order / delivery arrangement

~Work closely with sales team, oversea clients and forwarder for shipment arrangement   

~Monitor overall progress and use of resources assigned to the project and ensure that it meets with schedule and client’s requirement

~Assist in ad hoc tasks & assignment

Requirements:

~1-2 years relevant experience would be preferred

~High diploma Holder Only.

~Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem solving skills

~Good communication and interpersonal skills

~Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese
