Responsibilities:

• To assist in developing & promoting Primary Health Care services.
• To participate in professional health service provision, care planning and health service management for clinics and community services units  
• To work with Operations Manager of the respective unit in enhancing health care service quality and its ongoing development. 
• To plan and conduct staff training on health care matters to front-line staff including Clinical Assistant.
• To work on Saturdays and public holidays whenever necessary (No night shift is required)

Requirements:

• Registered with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong and holder of a valid practicing certificate
• Demonstrate with a sound  3-year general nursing practices in clinic setting or community health care setting
• Managed some supervisory and administrative work experience in healthcare field
• Proactive, good team-player and independent with good interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in verbal and written English & Chinese
• Process good computer literacy
