Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate a full spectrum of activities including property leasing and facilities management, office renovation and maintenance, security services, procurement, documents delivery, vehicles/driver arrangement and reception services etc
• Review, formulate and implement office administration policies and procedures to achieve the highest standard of efficiency 
• Manage office renovation and relocation projects and oversee all leasing and tenancy matters for the bank offices/branches
• Liaise and coordinate with vendors/service providers and ensure the service quality level and cost effectiveness
• Conduct contract renewal and related tendering process
• Prepare annual budget and control office administration cost
• Work with internal stakeholders to identify and implement bank strategies.
• Handle ad hoc projects as required by management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Building Surveying or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in supervisory role preferably gained in banks, financial institutions, government, public utilities or listed companies
• Member of HKIS , Registered Architect or equivalent with exposure in commercial buildings maintenance would be an advantage
• Proven track record in managing large scale corporate office administration activities
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• A team player with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, mature personality and attention to details
• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
