Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
A major part of the role is to lead the development of our talent consulting business for the Chinese Multinational Sector. This position will also be participating in other consulting projects as required. Specifically, the Senior Consultant will be expected to:

As a senior member of the team, develops a plan for Senior Management to penetrate the Chinese Multinational Sector, frequently tracks progress and report to Senior Management

Proactively understand client needs in talent and rewards, lead business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations and workshops

Manages talent strategy and/or rewards projects for clients in the sector, develop project milestones, timelines, client presentations, manages resources and budgets.

Be the subject matter expert around market pay and HR trends, especially for the Chinese Multinational Sector. Be ready to provide insights around, but not limited to, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Executive Compensation, HR Effectiveness

Proactively support the consulting team in peer review, brainstorm of solutions and various project tasks as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS

University graduate with at least 8 years of relevant working experience as HR Consultant or in-house HR. Suitable candidates with fewer years of experience will be considered for the Consultant position
- Experience in serving Chinese clients is a must

Experience working with Chinese Multinational Companies preferred

Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must. Proficiency in Cantonese preferred.

Experience in business development, compensation, executive remuneration, management consulting, human resources or finance / accounting preferred

Project management experience preferred

Strong analytical skills, both quantitatively and qualitatively.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail

Intellectual curiosity, seeking opportunities to develop new skills

Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing client needs
