Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day property management operations
• Supervise and monitor cleaning, repair and maintenance service provided to residents
• Build up and maintain good relationship with owners / tenants
• Handle enquiries and complaints from the owners / tenants

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Property / Facilities Management or other related disciplines
• 2- 3 years’ working experience in property management of residential properties is preferable
• Proactive, analytical and able to work independently
• Good team player with pleasant personality
• Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer
