Job Description

 

We are looking for an Employee Relations Manager to provide comprehensive HR and employee relations service across Business Units. The post holder will also manage HR project plus support staff welfare organizational development, employee engagement including communications and training as required. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop and implement overall communication strategy by consulting with management and through understanding the primary needs of the employees, ensure all communication executed by the Company is aligned with the Company's vision, mission and value.
  • Develop engaging and meaningful communication plans, for projects including but not limited to diversity programs, wellness programs, employment branding, employee engagement program & program on company value reinforcement for the purpose of fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace to attract, develop and retain talent.
  • Creates effective and collaborative internal communications processes to foster a cohesive organizational culture.
  • Drive Company internal communication tools, including but not limited to the Company intranet and monthly newsletter
  • Create and implement employee relations and internal communication frameworks, procedures and guidelines to facilitate the related employee engagement activities. 
  • Set up different employee engagement programs such as Recreational Club, Football Club, and Photography Club with guidelines and advocate the related activities.
  • Play a key role in executing the Employee Engagement Project and follow through on the action plan with different stakeholders.
  • Implement employee care initiatives to enhance employee engagement level.
  • Partner with HR team to analyze key people data and drive strategic change to combat recurring issues.
  • Participate and provide support to the other company campaign and ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline. 
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, in which 5 years of experience in executing the employee relations projects.
  • Passionate and committed HR professional with strong and complex case management experience.
  • Passionate, energetic, credible and mature enough to deal with a dynamic role in a challenging environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, proactive and able to build good relationship with different level of employees and affect significant change.
  • Creative and problem-solver.
  • Change management experience is a must.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua is a must.
