Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies to support the corporate goals
• Identify and develop KPIs for team members to support the business objectives
• Provide day-to-day HR support and implement various HR policies & procedures, and provide advice to line managers on HR issues;
• Propose and develop retention program to enhance people engagement
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement effective HR Systems to improve team performance
• Develop and implement corporate training plans for employees' development
• Monitor and control HR budget

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above;
• Minimum 8 years relevant experiences in sizable manufacturing companies, of which at least 4 years at managerial level
• Detail-oriented and good problem solving skills;
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
