Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in Payroll calculation & MPF administration
  • Provide human resources support, including recruitment, leave & attendance, staffing & employee relations, etc.
  • Review and ensure all company policies and practices are in compliance with local employment related ordinances
  • To manage general office administration, renovation, maintenance, supports and other ad hoc admin projects.
  • Perform any ad hoc projects and assignments as requested

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in human resources or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years relevant experiences in HR & Admin
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinances and HR regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office Application
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Able to work independently, good team player, initiative, high attention to details and accuracy, strong analytical skill, well organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
