Job Summary

Assist logistics coordinator/ Transport Coordinator to maintain the operation of E-commerce fulfillment/ delivery smoothly and coordinate operation issues with internal/ external parties.

Job duties/ Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all customer order is fulfilled daily and response delivery enquiries to internal customers on a timely manner
• ensure order fulfillment in receipt. put away, pick/ pack and delivery with right quantity, high accuracy and productivity escalation procedure
• Coordinate E-commerce order delivery and follow up good return issues
• Provide operation support to warehousing team and transport team
• Prepare monthly performance reports
• Coordinate with internal/ external parties to assist daily operations
• Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor/ coordinator  

Requirements:

• F.5 or above in logistics/ Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• Willing to work on shift (8:30 am - 5:30 pm/ 11:00 am - 8:00 pm)
• Customer–oriented, adaptable and flexible
• Good communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibilities
• Work independent
• Fair in spoken and written English and good in Chinese
• Logical and systematic, with good analytical and communication skills
• Familiar with MS Office Applications with emphasis on Excel. Strong Excel experience is preferred
• Knowledge in FMCG logistics/Courier Express operations is preferred
• 1-2 years working experience in Logistics/Supply Chain field is preferable
