Job Description


  • Handle clerical works such as data entry, excel report etc.
  • Coordinate, follow up purchase orders, quotations and delivery
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • To assist project, administration & account team in daily operation work.

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience
  • Proficient in PC operations especially MS Excel and Chinese word processing.
  • Sincere, responsible, willing to learn, hardworking, self-motivated, well organized and detail-minded
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Preferred to have relevant experience such as purchaser
