• To prepare sales reports for management review
• To provide operational support to ensure smooth operations
• To coordinate with China operations and internal parties to ensure their operations align with headquater's direction and guideline
• To assist the Operations Manager in calculation of commission and KPI
• To prepare sales analysis reports, operations guidelines, promotional materials and other related reports
• To coordinate with IT department to facilitate the system, POS and promotion issues
• To coordinate and support ad-hoc projects as assigned

We are looking for

• Holder of Higher Diploma or above 
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Have experience in communication with mainland peers is a plus 
• Strong analytical skills and logical, self-discipline
• Proactive to communicate with peers and supervisor
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
