• Identify training needs, develop and execute retail training programs for retail positions in alignment with the Company’s and Business Unit’s objectives
• Develop e-learning platform or tools for retail staff to meet performance goals
• Track and measure retail staff’s performance after trainings to ensure training effectiveness
• Support teambuilding and motivational activities in alignment with the company’s objectives

We are looking for

• Degree holder or above
• Minimum 2 years or above hands-on experience in retail training
• Field-coaching experience would be an advantage
• Skillful in training design and training delivery
• Knowledge in video-making and editing is an advantage
• Independent, self-motivated, well-organized and attentive to details
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
