Responsibilities:

Execute full spectrum of human resources operation services
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of human resources initiatives and projects
- Provide HR support services to regional offices including Hong Kong, Australia, Shanghai, Singapore, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Kenya, South Africa, USA and Vienna
- Advise and interact with all levels of managements concerning projects, policies and operational decisions
- Partner with business unit heads and managers on manpower management to align with business development plans, analyse current manpower inventory and recommend future headcount forecast
- Lead the recruitment cycle from staff requisition until staff on-boarding
- Manage the employee life cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding including employment, re-designation, promotion, transfer and cessation
- Attend to the full transaction cycle of payroll administration, pension contribution, tax reporting and benefits renewal
- Lead annual salary review, submit pay proposal and coordinate management approval
- Review position descriptions and conduct job evaluations
- Conduct market surveys and job pricing
- Coordinate with Finance to manage budget plans
- Manage expatriates salaries, benefits and retirement fund administration and international assignments
- Facilitate leadership development and talent management
- Facilitate the performance management process and execute performance improvement plan
- Partner with Global HR team to roll out employee engagement surveys and conduct focus group discussions to collect feedback on feasible action plans
- Participate in the implementation and development of in-house system projects
- Manage projects of varying scope and complexity and participate in task forces, teams and other groups to achieve business goals when required
- Manage any ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience gained in sizable multi-national organization of which at least 5 years at a managerial level
- Hands-on HR experience with sound knowledge of HR best practices
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency
- Experience in SAP HR system an advantage
