Job Description

職責:

處理一般辦公室事務, 行政文書和會計工作；
包括辦公室維護，用品及消耗品補及；
紀錄公司會議內容，制定公司會議時間表；
紀錄外借物品，整理工具房，點算庫存；
處理各種合同事務，
IT用品供應及控制 ,
各種資料整合
安排同事出外工作的酒店住宿和交通,
安排公司活動和公司禮品,
需要與內地同事溝通，協調各部門工作,
準備各種定期報告，並確保日常工作順利開展,
協助執行管理的政策和程序
支援協會工作

工作要求:

善於溝通，樂於與人合作，
有理解力和執行力
專上教育：文憑/證書課程
懂廣東話、普通話、一般英語
兩年工作經驗
工作上有時需要當天往返內地
