Responsibilities

• Assist in translations, business reports summarization and simple analytical work of business projects
• Handle administrative and secretarial support to the Executives
• Outdoor assignments such as document collection and delivery, open bank accounts, cheques bank-in, funds transfer, etc.
• Assist with travel arrangement, expense claims support, event planning, coordination and schedule arrangement
• Providing support to the office and personal affairs
• Business travel required.
• Assist in for ad-hoc work upon requests.

Requirements:

• Degree in Translation / Languages is MUST
• Hong Kong Identity Card holder is MUST
• Relevant working experience is added advantage
• Solid experience in serving Top Management Level is added advantage
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is MUST
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Able to work independently, under pressure,overtime and on flexihours
• Knowledge of financial concepts are advantageous
• Mature, flexible, fast-paced and able to work independently.
