Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the team
• Assist in the recruitment process from advertisement to new hire on-boarding
• Responsible for work visa application process
• Maintain accurate staff record in HR system and filing system
• Assist in ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements

• Tertiary education or above
• Minimum 1 year human resources experience with handling work visa application is an advantage
• Detail-minded, organized and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
