Duties: 

1. Administrative duties including payroll, payables, government compliance, expense approval and full set of bookkeeping for the workgroup.

2. Exposure to the Debt Capital Markets business including prepartion of pitch book, sales memo and other presenttion materials, arranging investor meetings, roadshows, dealing with HK and PRC counsels in transaction-related matters.

Requirement:

1.  A mature and responsible individual with at least 3 years experience in an accounting or admin function in Hong Kong, of which bookkeeping / accounting experience must be no less than 1 year.

2.   A degree from a reputable university.

3.   Fluency in English and Mandarin

Preferred but not required:

4.   Experience in a stock brokerage, accounting firm or investment bank.

5.   HKSI Paper 1 passed.
