Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Information System, Computer Science, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or Human Resources Management
• Over 5 years of SAP HCM project experience and hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors solutions is a plus
• Solid experience in data analysis or related fields preferably gained from retail industry
• Proficient in using Excel and experience in business intelligence tool (Qlikview)
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must
• Strong problem solving, analytical, critical thinking and attention to detail skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work collaboratively with business partners at different levels
• Occasionally travel

Responsibilities:

• Support Project Manager on SAP/Success Factor HCM system implementation and enhancement projects
• Assist to handle system requirement analysis, configurations/ customization, UAT, performance tuning , users training and documentation on projects
• Responsible for the establishment of HR Business Intelligence (HRBI) server with services vendor
• Involve in the HRBI Tool management includes data transformation, data extraction, dashboard building, models development, regular reports automation, result Interpretation etc
• Provide ad hoc analysis reports to management for decision making
• Manage the documentation of data structure to ensure the data accuracy and consistency of various systems
• Well communication between vendors, key users and team members
