• Based in HK
• Design and Implement risk and compliance policies and procedures for the company to operate within all relevant regulatory frameworks in Hong Kong.
• Identify key compliance and operation risks and weaknesses and recommend enhanced procedures to improve operational efficiency and control for the company.
• Maintain the monitoring systems, provide risk and compliance advice and ensure the operation in accordance with various risk and compliance parameters. 
• Conduct a vigorous awareness of changes in the regulatory environment and if necessary, modify and adapt changes in the policies, procedures and monitoring systems.
• Manage licensing matters and outsourced legal advisors.
• Conduct internal compliance training and consultancy for the relevant parties.
• To perform internal compliance audit and supervise compliance improvement.
• To draft and review agreements, worksheets and marketing or advertising materials.
• To give compliance support to the firm and any upcoming new business lines.
• To deal with daily routine compliance work
• Other works instructed by more senior staffs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or above), 5 years (or above) compliance related experiences in HK regulated companies, preferably with working experience from investment bank, private equity, related financial institution or law firm.
• Ability to interpret regulations and apply to due diligence, oversight reviews and development of risk and compliance policies and procedures.
• Familiar with HK SFO and other compliance requirements; especially "Collective investment scheme" (CIS).
• Excellent communication and writing skills with fluency in Chinese and English; Mandarin is certainly a plus.
• A smart professional caliber, excellent communication skills, able to work independently and under pressure.
