To cope with our rapid business expansion, we are looking for high caliber professional to join our team.

 Responsibilities: 

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support for Operations Team
• Prepare & consolidate duty roster
• Act as the first point contact between Area Managers, store staff and Office Departments
• Handle HR matters for Operations Team such as attendance record, leave application, documents follow-up and work injury
• Assist Executive Secretary to handle all matters relating to Top Management such as preparing meeting agendas, minutes, presentations materials, reports and follow-up after meetings
• Responsible for Operations daily routine including preparation and distribution of promotional materials, sales reports preparation & consolidation
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in any disciplines
• 2 years working experience, experience in F&B or retail industry is preferred
• Knowledge and solid experience in Sales Administration will be an advantage
• Responsible, detail-minded, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines, highly adaptable in fast-pace working environment
• Good communication & interpersonal skills in spoken & written English and Chinese
• Mature, self-motivation and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Good command of computer literacy in Chinese word proceeding, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediate available is highly preferred
