Job Description
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree holder
- Good communication and manners delivered in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Good people skills
- Good PC skills and Chinese word processing
- 5 working days
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Good business sense and a professional manner
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints at the reception and through telephone
- Understanding customers’ needs
- Recording orders and sending details to the manager
- Meeting sales targets
- Reporting sales trend to the manager
- Provide clerical support
- Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
- Making presentations to promote courses and products
