Job Description

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree holder
  • Good communication and manners delivered in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Good people skills
  • Good PC skills and Chinese word processing
  • 5 working days
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Good sales and negotiation skills
  • Good business sense and a professional manner

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints at the reception and through telephone
  • Understanding customers’ needs
  • Recording orders and sending details to the manager
  • Meeting sales targets
  • Reporting sales trend to the manager
  • Provide clerical support
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
  • Making presentations to promote courses and products
