Job Description
Our client is hiring an experienced professional to manage their private residence in the position of Family Personal Assistant /Housekeeper / Butler (Private Residence)
Responsibilities:
- Run and maintain the premises with top-class standards
- Lead, supervise and provide training to security guards and domestic helpers
- Organizing work schedules and calculate salaries for the working team
- Ensure security measures of the family
- Support after-school activities of the kid (1) or support 3 members of family members
- Handle inventory of supplies
- Manage maintenance contractors
- Provide personal assistant support such as travel arrangements, hotel arrangement & Itinerary, appointments, etc.
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Property Management/Hotel Management or Butler training certificate
- Minimum 5 years experiences in reputable hotel or 5 stars hotel act as butler or family housekeeper
- Experience in dealing with contractors is essential;
- Fluent Mandarin and English
- Proficient in computer skill such as MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Pleasant, presentable looking and well organised with attention to details;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Travel or station in overseas is required
